Coaching Accomplishments: Lead EMU Softball to its first appearance since 1999 in the Mid American Conference tournament, compiling the third best turnaround in program history, team ranked Number One in the country in Team GPA.

Responsibilities Included: establishing JU Softball as an ethically/morally solid DI program, replacing nine players with 2 full ride scholarships, all phases of developing a program: recruiting, budget, sponsorships, camps/clinics, team building, facility upgrades, mentoring assistant coach. |

Coaching Accomplishments: signed fourteen players in first full season, coached Two Atlantic Sun All-Conference players and One ASUN Player of the Week for the first time in program history, established a strong foundation for the program to grow. |

Accomplishments: USA Softball Certification, Sponsorship deals with Louisville Slugger and Under Armour, ran the USF Under Armour Series which hosted the US Olympic Team, Nuveman/Mendoza Clinic experience and many high profile speaking engagements across the country.
